Not to offend anyone here, but why are BBUS housemates allowed to read the Bible (I've always wondered this)? It violates the "no reading material" rule that is fundamental to Big Brother and no other Big Brother in the world that I know of allows it. Kaysar didn't have a Qur'an when he went into the house in 2005 and 2006 from what I know so it seems a little unfair that others are allowed to have Bibles.

All type of books is accepted in the house, BBUSA is the only country which allows reading. So it's not about the Bible or not, it's about reading.

I remember hearing that starting in BB5 they banned all other books besides the Bible, but who knows. Either way it's so stupid that they allow reading.

Yeah it's stupid but well, I think they get bored quickly when they don't strategize so they have to do something except subathing lol

Anyway I think it's not only about the Bible but it's a book someone decided to choose but I will check if it's a rule. I think it's not true because Janelle read in the house and it was not the Bible for sure.

They can only bring a bible with them into the house no other books. I'm not sure why thats the only reading material aloud though.
Sometimes the HoH's rewards include a favourite book or whatever.

That's why I remember Janelle reading something else than the Bible. :hugesmile:
