I think it was the correct decision to fire Lucinda.I liked her throughout the series but certain things started to annoy meabout her over the past couple of weeks.Overall she wasn't the right candidate despite being a good leader she struggled on a quite a few tasks and her sales techniques and other skills just werent up to scratch as far as I am concerned.

I was quite surprised at just how well Helene did in her interview, she came across as confident and very composed.She's been in the background for a fair bit of the show,so we haven't exactly seen all she is capable of.She's not the best on sales but other than she is a well rounded candidate.

Lee is getting worse by the weeks, he's really stuttering through and tonights interviews just made him look silly with the lies and spelling errors.He's a hard worker but too rough around the edges to be the apprentice.

Alex did pretty poorly in the interviews, he looked intimidated by the criticism and came across as a very defensive and timid guy.He has done well in most of the tasks previously though and could be moulded into a top worker in the organisation in my view.

Claire is still the best overall candidate for me.She let herself down by being a bit too boisterous yet again, she needs to contain that side of her otherwise it just rubs people up the wrong way.

I find it funny looking back at older posts how Raef was hated in week on, and then loved later on. I hated him in week one too.

I think that Claire one who was on Your Fired was right about Lee probably having dyslexia. But honestly, has he never heard of spellcheck?!?

On The Final Five show, Lucinda looked horrid, the make-up was too full on she looked like she had a face lift, she looked younger but not in a good way. I thought Lucinda was older than Helene.

I liked Lucinda, but I think it was right to fire her. She didnt give me the impression that she would have suited to the job, and watching the show its clear she gave that impression to the other candidates and Sir Alan.

I loved Lucinda, however she was just bringing it on, especially saying she wasn't sure if she was right for the job. I do feel however, Alex really dropped her in it, and I've really went off him now.

Lucinda is a very strong and opinionated person, I don't think she would work in Sir Alan's company to her best. She seems much better independent.

I think Claire is a dead cert to win now, I'll be surprised if she doesn't.

I've got 3 favourites in the final 4 but I'm gonna support Alex and Claire as they are the 2 that I've liked the longest. Good show tonight, I loved Lucinda but it was right for her to go she'll flourish better independantly.

I was never much of a Lucinda fan. I'm amazed at how badly she did with the interviews. In fact I think only Helene and Claire came out of the interviews with any credit. I was expecting Surallan to fire Alex and Lee too.

Its clear that Lucinda is a very bright woman but I could see throughout the tasks that there is something not quite right with her. I'm happy she's gone as I feel she was totally wrong for the job.

The final looks interesting. From what I can gather the whole of the losing team will be fired and Surallan will pick his Apprentice from the winning team. It also looks like Claire is in a team with Lee and Alex is with Helene. I've wanted Claire to win for a while now so it looks like its either Claire or Lee or if the other team wins Alex, I cannot see Helene winning the competition.

Its clear that he wants Clare so even if they do fail he probably will go back on his word because he has the power to do so. But Clare supposedly works for Superdrug and sells perfumes ...

I hope Claire and Lee win the task cuz I'm getting abit sick of Alex being such a snake. Lucinda commited Apprentice suicide when she stated she may not be right for the job but was it Alex's place to repeat it in the boardroom. I dont want him to win.

Bit disappointed with the final four. Alex and Claire are there for their game-playing, Lee lacks credibility through his abilities and Helene, while probably okay, hasn't shown it due to the fact that this show centres around selling tasks.

Claire is the only one I can imagine SAS hiring based on the things that he said previously about Helene and Alex being not very popular with the public. Claire is quite a good saleswoman but there should be more to it than that.

I wanted Alex to win but I am really happy for Lee. He completely deserved it.

I thought it soo close tonight,between which team won. Helene annoyed me though and when she said it was Alex's fault! It may been the main flaw but it was the main USP about it too!

I really thought Claire was gonna edge it at the end,she will do well though.

I agree Claire should of got it. He should of hired Ruth & Kristina and now Claire adds to that list. He just has a habit of hiring the wrong person imo. It doesn't suprise me now. Well done to Lee though, and all the best of luck to him.

I really did not care who would win this after Lucinda was fired. I assumed Claire would win or maybe Sir Allan would give us a shock and Alex would. I was amazed that he picked Lee. I’m really happy for him. I was never a Claire fan so I am happy she didn’t win.

I did not want Lee to win. Claire was soooo much better! And its not the first time Sir Alan has chosen the wrong candidate -

2006 - Michelle won but Ruth was a better candidate.

2007 - Simon won but Kristina deserved it far more.

2008 - Lee won but Claire was a far better candidate.

Claire deserved the job unlike the prat Lee.
