I'm loving this song at the moment, it's Sam Sparro's debut single, Black and Gold. It's also tipped to be one of the biggest songs of 2008. It's avaliable to download on iTunes now and the physical release is 7th April.

its ok.its getting loads of airplay but i cant see it being big at all

It's charted 5th in the iTunes chart so far, so it's doing quite well. Hopefully the physical release will ensure that it's #1 in the charts.

It is no 23 in the national charts.

Yeah, usually the physical release pushes it up the charts quite a bit if it's popular.

i personaly cant see it getting to #1 never mind the top 3.its a great song but its not a #1 song if you know what i mean.it will probobaly peak on downloads way before the physical release so that also reduces its chances of getting #1.but im probobaly wrong

Black & Gold is now #2 on the itunes chart, meaning it's most definitely going to chart high on the main Top 40 charts.

Yeah i heard it a few weeks back on radio one and on Freshly squeezed, and loved it as soon as I heard it. I have got it on my phone - I downloaded it off youtube before I could get it legally :wink:
