My friends are going in, tehybve got really far despite Simon not liking them lol.They are identical twins called Georgina and Kate and they are doing Irish Dancing.Simon critisised that they had to much makeup in their faces and they look like creepy dolls. All the otehrs like them though.

I used to sometimes go to the gym that one of them used, never seen them there an awful lot though.

That weirdo who tried to do the politicians got treated very badly and it wouldn't surprise me if "ITV in BGT Shame" is across all the front pages and on the news at some point in the week whilst he goes on GMTV on Monday and cries about it but it was funny and I probably would have done the same :joker:

Charlie Green- he was good but I wish singers wouldn't go on Britain's Got Talent. Yes, he is too young for it but singers have The X Factor, Britain's Got Talent is for variety and I think singers are taking up places for what could be a variety act. The same goes for Madonna at the end although she was good. Stand out act for me tonight- that "comedian". His jokes weren't that good but theres definitely something to work with. I liked the harpists too.

Good show tonight but its clear they're starting to run out of auditionees because many of the VT packages involve people who've already been on ITV2. Tonight would have been a good place to end the auditions because I think there should be a whole show dedicated to selecting the final 24, but I'm sure it won't do any harm to the show.

I think the dancing chavs were good but the little girl who played the piano we seen in the VT was really good, best one of the night. More rubbish ones stand out though like the fat man woman thing who did a Cilla impression at the end and the sheep.

Flava were the best tonight by a mile! and they have to be one of my faves of the series so far, followed by George Sampson and Anthony (the singer).

The auditons seem to be going on for ages now, suppose it gives us the chance to see everyone who will probably make the live finals.

Flava were really good,hopefully they will have a few more routines at least as good as the first one.

OK so I'm happy that Scala (violin girls), Strike (the martial arts lads) and the hot belly dancer made it through but that final 40 just shows how barrel scraping this year is and how poor the standards are. Tracey, star wars man and the fat dancer making it into the final 40 says it all. They were put through for their fun in the auditions. They weren't supposed to make the final 40.

Seriously, if this is the best Britain can come up with then I don't want a third series.

Ratings news just in. Britains Got Talent got a huge 10.9 million viewers last night(42%). Thats fantastic.

Also EE(which has only been getting 6-7 million recently) got 8.8 million viewers. All the ratings for last night were high.

'Talent's dancing dog Gin escaped death

The owner of Britain's Got Talent's dancing dog Gin was once told that the pooch would never be able to perform again.

Kate Nicholas was distraught when she spotted her beloved pet lying lifeless at the bottom of her garden two years ago. Gin was rushed to see a vet, who discovered that the dog had been poisoned.

"It had been very hot, so I thought she was just tired. But I soon realised she was seriously ill," Kate told the Daily Mail. "In fact, I thought she was dying. It was the worst day of my life."

She continued: "The vet put her on intravenous fluids for 48 hours and noticed blood spots on her leg. He thought she might have been poisoned, not intentionally, but eaten some rat poison or something. I was frightened her organs would pack up. The vet said that even if she did recover, she would never dance again, play games or perform her acrobatics. But I just wanted her to be saved.

"We took her home, and gradually over the next two weeks the poison worked its way out of her system. When we took her back to the vet, he couldn't believe the recovery she had made."

Talent judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan have repeatedly praised Gin's extraordinary skills. They have also noticed that success in the competition has had a profound effect on 16-year-old Kate.

"She was very quiet, kept very much to herself," an insider explained. "But now she has blossomed. Everyone noticed it at the semi-final. She loves talking about Gin, her confidence has rocketed and she looked stunning when she performed with make-up and newly styled hair."
