I'm a bit worried about big brother 9 being filled with just girls like (8) was from the opening. Do you think in may we shall have a totally differemnt start off? I've only watched (8) and celeb hijack so I'm unaware of what preceded that.

Any help

I don't see why they would do it again? It would be like repeating the BB6 prize fund twist or the BB5/6 evil theme. It's just something too standy-outish to repeat. lol

It was a major flop and something Endemol will deffinatly never do again.

Well, it was a rumour made up by Glenndale123 aka Eye2oo8, so it probably is 100% bull ****. Although, he also mentioned that wasn't the seires theme, just the houses.

Well according to an "insider" - and don't necessarily believe this - its in reference to the house and that there would be no walls in the house i.e the kitchen, bedroom garden would all be one room and that the Diary Room would be a clear sound proof glass box, so you would be "revealed" while talking to BB and having no walls but "concealed because you're locked in the house. But it probably isn't true.

OMG! If Seany and Charley weren't in BB8 the show would be gone for good! lol I loved them. They made BB8 something actually barable to watch. (Hence why it was fixed to keep Charley in for as long as possible :tongue:)

How can a garden be part of the house? thats unreal to. Housemates go out to smoke they would have to accomadate for that and the diary room being a seethrough glasshouse sounds more interesting.

Or even BB7 was quite good and it show that it isn't just the later series that were bad. And CBB4 is ace too! Stay away from BB4, it's one of the worst series, though you probably gathered that within three minutes of your first post!

I seriously cant! I technically haven't saw any BB since half way through series 8 (It was soo bad. Never bothered watching CH) So I'm looking faward more than ever now :thumbs2:

But yeah, I'd recommend in order BB5, BB6, CBB4, BB3 and BB7 :) If you ever get a chance to watch BB8 is nothing compared to them.

I think if you watched some of these clasic housemates in action the first time, you'd want them back too!

Russell loves BB, and I think he regrets leaving, but since he left he's starred in a movie, had 3 of his own series on Channel 4, appeared as a guest on countess shows, wrote a best selling book, toured with his comedy live stage shows and won a few minor awards (aswell as presenting a few) As much as I'd love him to get back to at more than anything else to do with BB this year, he's probably far to busy :bored:

I looked at many news reports round the time of (8) and there was plenty of rumours that just did not happen. by the time big brother 9 starts and the schedules for bbbm and bblb have been decided on maybe a fixed preseter shall be chosen. Pretty much what I said a paul grady type or russell

It meant the women had to wait even longer before the next batch of men. I guess since you only saw BB8 and CH they haven't played many mind games, but the series before that were all about trickery, secrets, well put together twists and playing games with the HM's. I guess this years been a bumpy year for the show :conf2:
