Asking them about lauch date. This is their response:
Thank you for contacting Channel 4 Viewer Enquiries regarding BIG BROTHER.
You will be pleased to hear that there will be a ninth season of this programme. We have no scheduled dates for the programme at this time,however the past seasons usually start at the end of May.
Any updates will be posted on the BIG BROTHER website, so I would advise you to keep checking that. The address is:

Dunno why you bothered lol. Theres no way the launch date will be posted until the first or second week of May.

I know but I was hoping they might let slip about whether it would be May or June. They sorta implied it will be may but they could be saying that to make us not expect it in June.:joker:

It was worth a try lol, but they like to keep things pretty close to their chest, keep us all guessing the swines :sad:

And it always will be. People really should not email channel 4. Its not as if their going to let whatever intern thats reading these emails let slip vital details to some random , over-excited fan.

Channel 4 aren't a buch of 1 year olds. They're not ever going to give away a few peices of un announced details from one of the most secretive programmes on UK TV, no matter how importand it is. For all they know it's most likely going to be a posing member of the press.

Yes, course because its not like they going to slip out any information.
I guess they could give out stuff which is already in the Daily star which fans could have missed, but maybe they have it wrong also and Channel four cannot confirm or deny anything incase it ruins the newspapers article

Yes you are right! a member of the press is more likely to pretend to be a fan of the show.
