Do people at eviction shows(the crowd) and Davina count as being viewers because they are actually on the TV while its happening but they are watching it too? It might sound stupid but I always wondered.
I don't know for sure but I think it's highly unlikely they do.

Probably wouldn't really affect the figures anyway. At the most there would be about 300/350 people watching from the crowds.
And no, they're not watching it on TV, so it doesn't count.

It wouldn't affect the viewing figures because only a few thousand homes are used to calculate the viewing figures.
No.
There are 5110 homes in the UK with around 11,000 individuals with a special box off BARB. They have to record their viewing habits on the box which are automatically sent to BARB which then undergo a series of procedures to get an overall rating for a show. Its said to be very accurate although theres no way of telling.
Viewing figures are recorded in 100,000's and millions which is why we always have something like 0.7m, 5.6m, never 3,959,492. With about 100-300 people at an eviction, the figures won't be affected.

I thought the crowd might be counted but not Davina as she is counted as big brother staff. They may as well include the Diary Room staff to
