Big Brother 9 Eye Flash

I just searched for "big brother 9 advert" on youtube and look what came up

it doesnt look very fanmade but why would they use a real eye as their logo

OK just watched it with sound. Definitely not real. The music doesn't end in the right place, and eye flashes wouldn't have music to start with.

the music ends in the wrong place & it starts like 2 seconds in...

There is absolutely no chance in hell of that being real for many reasons:

- No "eye" logo is used really
- It seems a tad too long for an eye flash
- It's far too early for any kinds of advert to emerge
- If I remember correctly, eye flashes don't use music

Eye flashes don't use music (I checked out old ones). It is obviously fake, only an idiot would believe its real.

By the way just to defend my find
the celebrity hijack eye flashes had music and that was the most recent series

And anyone who think i made it, i will take it as a complement because to be quite frank it the one the daily star feel for is crap compared to the one i found.

The celeb hijack ad's had a completly diffirent format to the normal series. The eye flash ads are snappy and glossy and include good, interesting graphics. In this vid someone has blended a person waving with an eye infront of it with slightly higher opacity and added BB7 house ad music.

EDIT: With the right amount of skill this ad could be produced in Movie Maker, infact I might try that later if I have free time :tongue:

I thought that the person waving in the video was a reflection in the eye not behind the eye

Nope, all you have to do is get part of a video, crop it, slightly lower the opacity of the vid ontop then fade in and out werever looks best.

Nope, all you have to do is get part of a video, crop it, slightly lower the opacity of the vid ontop then fade in and out werever looks best.

How do you do that in windows movie maker? i wanna try that

Yes, but the Celebrity Hijack adverts were also done in a different style to regular adverts to match E4's "personality" (if you know what I mean).

But i feel flatterd that you think i could make such an advert

You did make it! How anyone can call the one the Daily Star fell for is beyond me. Its been very cleverly put together, even with the generic Channel 4 promo at the end which has been made by telefan.

That one you made, the music just cuts off at a random point. It doesn't stop at a 'normal' point and it doesn't fade out. It just stops. Channel 4 never do this. Its very unprofessional.

Its rubbish, but better luck next time!

Thats too coincidental lol but I wont rant on. Its pretty short and could have already been uploaded to Youtube ages ago and someone copied it to their NEW account, only 3 hours ago

Well, since you made the vid you should already know :P

Anyway, upload the 2 vids of youtube (people waving, and eye in this case) Overlay the eye over the waving vid, lower top video opacity very slighty (Theres a way somehow, I think its under clip menu?) put a white frost effect around the waving videos sides to subsitute for cropping, add sound and publish movie.

I think it is a really good FAN MADE eye teaser,it's a very long video for a teaser ad aswell there usally about 4/5 seconds and there ment to be sort thats why there called teasers so i doubt it is real.
