Controversial reality star Jade Goody looks set to make a TV comeback this year.

The 26-year-old's career was left in tatters when she was accused of racially abusing Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty on Celebrity Big Brother last year. She struggled to secure further TV work in the aftermath of the incident, which sparked an international outrage.

However, Goody has been receiving advice from PR guru Max Clifford in recent months, and his friend Mark Thomas, a former journalist, is now taking control of her career.

Jade has already signed up to make two new TV shows. One will be a fly-on-the-wall reality series, while the other will see her take charge of her own "Fit Camp". She also has two books in the pipeline, including a second autobiography.

Thomas told the Daily Star Sunday: "Her books have sold really well and if you throw in the Fit Camp and the other TV deals, Jade will do very well."

Can't say this news pleases me.

I rather she just disappeared in to the primeval sludge from whence she came.

She the worse thing to come out of the Big Brother house and shows all the worse traits of a Z list celebrity. She is selfish, self centered, stupid and what makes her worse than most of the wannabes is she is a bully too.

People like that shouldn't be on our telly and be made out to be role-models.

Do you have a press release or something for that?

Good. Then maybe everyone can finally just forget about Celebrity Big Brother 5 and Big Brother goes back to how it used to be. If she has got her new shows then all three of them have moved on, and it means the Big Brother brand can do the same and not live in fear of OFCOM.

Looks that way but there hasn't been anything in the national press yet.

This is not good. How can someone as stupid, self centred and downright objectionable be allowed back on our screens. Surely there are other people who can do these shows. Why pick Jade?

You mean that if she was a female escort, like Nikki Grahame once was, she would be the one handing out the money to get the customers.

That sort of cheap?

That sort of cheap? Both. She's a ho' and she'll do anything to get back on TV.

Then maybe she is producing the programmes herself, and won't get paid unless they get a certain audience share. I'm sure she is desperate enough to agree to a deal like that.

Mind you, I wouldn't give her much chance of funding the programmes by working on the streets.

In any given day UK Living gets watched by about 1,280,00 viewers, now that is the over a whole day with people switching into the channel and switching out when the get bored.

So if she gets a good slot she might reach about 100,000 people at most.

Now that is not many people in a country with a population of 60+ million people.

It is interesting none of the big TV companies will touch her. I wonder why?

It's a satellite channel.... just get yourself a Sky Box and a big dish and point it in the right direction. I'm sure there is enough scatter on the beam to reach some parts France.

Her shows were on Living before the race row though so it's not as though she's been demoted to an even less watched channel. I meant her programs will get just as many viewers [if not more because people will watch it out of curiosity] as before.
