i feel very strongly about the gender identity of big brother.every year guarenteed.youll see,the gay, straite, bisexual, lezbien, cross dresser, but only once have you ever seen a post operative transexual.by not putting 1 in each year with the rest of the gender characters,is wrong and unfair.transexuals are not a gimmick they are people who have been through so much and have some exciting experiences to share.a female to male has never been done either.what are your views,it would be great to here from other transexuals

Big Brother is supposed to represent today society and to be honest with you i highly doubt that 1 in ever 20 people is a transsexual

So basicly your saying that transexuals are a novelty must have on every series of Big Brother just because Nadia was a good housemate?
I'm sure no one would have thought to post stuff like this before BB5
What a load of rubbish.
1) A transsexual might not even apply
2) They might be boring
3) They could be mentally unstable
4) They might not gel right with the mix of housemates they want
There are loads of reasons, I could go on.

you,de be very surprised in how many transexuals there are in the world today, its just not every one of them wants to be known, they want to blend in to society not stand out from the crowd.unless you are visual.

Errr, going onto Big Brother as a transexual is deffinatly going to make you stand out and possibly be rejected.
During BB5 in any sketch show to mocked BB, the jokes usually revolved around Nadia and her gender. Thats barley going to boost any self confidence.

People should be picked on the basis of whether they'll make an entertaining housemate or not anything else.

there are lots of people ideal for big brother, unfortunetly most of them get overlooked and we end up with the wrong final line up,it happens every year.
Heres the PM you just sent me.
the whole idea of bb is so housemates clash,as for boring.most of the past housemates have been boring.or walked out in the first few weeks.
Thats not strictly true. Its a social experiment on how people interact with eachother, and how they interact and react when Big Brother throws in surprises. Conflict is just a bonus and part of the social interaction.

I think that that's the opposite of what stargazing was saying!
just because you twist something in his post doesn't make it true!

Scuse me Pete Burns rocked in BB!
Pete Burns wasn't a pre-op transsexual. Pete Burns is a man who likes to dress the way he dresses. He doesn't see it as trying to be a woman.

Point out how its the oppisite please.
I'm not twitsing his post. It's the only apparent reason unless he knows a gang of roving, bubbly, energetic transexuals.

You suggested he was one with the way your post was worded and I'm just repeating what him, himself, has said.
