When Was This Picture Taken?

I was browsing through some BB images and I came across this aerial picture showing the BB house but it appears to be demonlished? Just curious to know what year this was possibly taken?:conf:

Before the big brother house at estree studios
it was a water tank i believe so probally before big brother switched houses

I think it's safe to say that it was before the Elstree house was built.

2000 or 2001. The water tank is no longer there and has been concreted over ready for the house to be built on top.
