Any one had troube lwith with this ?
I just been to docs and my bloodpressure was 160 Very high
I had urine heart blood and cholestral and liver test
Having dots in front of my eyes and my head is pounding
i have been told to eat more fruit no salt no alchol and lose weigh
omg im a wreck might as well put my head in the oven now
I have been given medication and awaiting test results
im at my wits end

My mum suffers from it as well...she gets easily stressed out by things (and to be fair, my two younger siblings only make things worse).

Aww sorry to hear about that. Yeah my mum has high blood pressure too, she takes pills everday x

I'm sorry to hear that Sue, High Blood Pressure runs in my family. My dad has to monitor his every day. But as a general rule its best to try and exercise more have a look into your diet like more wholegrain, not too much fat and also eat some fish every week (fatty omega like trout, salmon and Mackerel) and try to reduce both your salt and eeeeeeek alcohol (sorry)

Yeah, she is. She also has pills for bladder problems, so it's like living in a Pharmacy really.

Sorry to here about that. I dont really know anyone with it either, but my Nan has very thick blood, so she is on something to thin it.
