Following her attendance at Juergen Teller's show at the Lehmann Maupin Gallery during New York Fashion Week, Cathy Horyn, of The NY Times, caught up with the fashion photog (pictured) responsible for those Victoria Beckham for Marc Jacobs pics.
"I told her [Beckham], 'You're the most photographed woman in the world,' " Teller told Horyn. " 'And fashion nowadays is all about product -- bags and shoes -- and you're kind of a product yourself, aren't you?' She was, like, 'Uh, yeah.'"
Horyn's article also revealed what Posh Spice herself thought of the campaign that would soon become one of the most talked-about fashion shoots of recent times.
"I knew this wasn't going to be Vogue,"she told Horyn from her home in L.A. "I knew I had to put myself in their hands, which could be quite scary."
"People are always going to talk about what Marc does."
