about this time last year I was banned for advertising my website on this forum. So please can I have another chance.

I can think of one forum member who has his website advertised in both his sig and his avvie. Yet, I can assure you there's not a chance in hell he'll ever be banned. I think the mods need to give you a definitive answer as to why you were banned.
