I emailed Channel Four on Monday and recieve this reply this morning

btw, that means only 2 weeks until we see the new logo, as the website will have its holding page up although I doubt the wholecomplete website will be veiwable. Last year we had to wait right up until the launch to see the website.

I think the email posted in the first post is fake. I emailed Channel 4 yesterday and got this reply today:

We have no dates scheduled for the new series, however the series usually starts around the start of the summer towards the end of May, we will heavily advertise the programme prior to its launch. Please keep an eye on the TV listings for further information.

Unfortunately, we have no scheduled dates for this programme as we can only
confirm dates up to two weeks in advance. In recent years, the programme has
started at the end of May. As the programme is made for us by an outside
production company, we don't receive information on what the show will be

I dont think that it is true... it is never revealed when it is going to start and i doubt BB would be stupid enough to launch earlier right in BGT's path.. the later launch has far more logic but an earlier one is outrageous

ok ok i edited the email to see what repsonse i would get and i got the exact response i was expecting, heres the email i actually recieved
