Help please

My computer keeps on telling me to download this antispam and keeps on putting more spam on it. Help is needed

Sounds like you need a virus protector/spam blocker.

Spydoctor is a good one to downlaod but you need to get the free version.

You need to completely re-install windows. Nothing other than that will get rid of it.

You could try Spybot Search & Destroy or virus scanning your computer. I agree with GiRTh, it looks like you're going to have to re-install Windows. Make sure you get someone who knows what they're doing if you're going to re-install.

Make sure you're careful what you download and what websites you visit once your computer is back to normal. Avoid anything like Limewire or MyWebSearch or clicking on pop-ups.

do you remeber the day it was last working fine without the error,
try system restore to the day you remeber it was working fine.. it should do the trick! x

go to start menu, then help and support and then system restore.. and then restore to an earlier date.. then it should do it :)

On my Laptop; whenever i did a system resore it would break my laptop and i would have to get the people out to fix it. My laptop is just crap.

Rizwan It was only yesterday moring it was fine. My mum knows someone at her work that could try to make it better.

I don't think a System Restore would work, some virus' and spyware will dig theirself so much into your system that not even a restore will get rid of them.

i sometimes get that thing his getting on my pc downstairs and system restore works for me.. he can try it anyway no harm will be done .. :) x

Try system restore no damage will ever be done though that but you must make sure that you dont turn it off, let it do the restoring by itself. do not turn it of.. i swear it will work :) x

Antispy software should get/got rid of it. I had the same problem before and it went when i installed some antispyware thing.

try restoring it to 2 weeks earlier ive had that same error on my pc downstairs and system restore always does the trick. im telling you it should 99% work, im sure of it?

Yes its telling you to install antispy software, but i mean search and find a antispy software to get rid of that popup.

Still not better but there is light at the end of the tunnel. My mums work friend is going to restor the hard drive so it will clear it. Also I am not going to be on very much intil Chanelles single is out so watch the space.
