hi i am always watching uk tv stle on extreame makeover and i just sat and think do they make the big brother houses in the usa am not sure they do bb uk becouse they only do new programs twice a year the new programs :dance:

No, Extreme Makeover are not responsible for Big Brother house makeovers.

The Big Brother house is currently designed by production designer Patrick Watson. They have always had their own production designers - no TV show has ever helped in Big Brother house design.

I'd still say it's certain that Extreme Makeover has no say in any house design in any country.

Oh, I see why you think that Gary. Some of the extreme makeover designs are very similar to the BBUS's houses. I actually think the producer Alison Grodner has a partical say in what the house looks like each series.
