Minogue confirms 'X Factor' return

Dannii Minogue has confirmed that she will return for a second series of The X Factor.

The Australian popstar said that she was looking forward to reclaiming her title after having two of her acts reach last year's final.

She told The Mirror: "Yes, I'm going back to defend my title - Heavyweight Minogue is back!"

Commenting on the conflicts with fellow judges Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne, she said: "I just kept my mouth shut through all that. I found it somewhere between funny and disturbing.

"There were some moments when I felt like I was back at school. It was distressing but I'm prepared for it this year."

I was listening to her being interviewed on Australian radio last night with Kyle and Jackie O - slamming Osbourne for slagging her off in the UK and then praising her in interviews with the Australian media.
