Phobia's

What are you scared of??
For me:

1. Planes
2. Heights
3. Jellyfish
4. Going to teh dentist :yuk:

1. Snakes - cant even watch them on telly
2. Vomit - I even run away crying if one of my kids is sick, worse still if I feel sick I have a total panic and do all I can to stop myself being sick.
3. Spiders - nasty little creatures
4. Slugs - they are just nasty
5. I could be here all day I am scared of so many things so will leave it there lol

I had a long list but I had hypnotherapy which got rid of a most of them. A lot were pointless and stupid such as people with their faces covered, cotton wool and sharp objects. Like I say most have gone and they don't bother me in the slightest anymore but I'm still scared of spiders and sealife (except sharks and dolphins). I'm also scared of associations with death but I'm not scared of dying :puzzled: Coffins are the worst.

Oh yeahh Vomit!! If I see anyone vomit I just run away, I cant stand it.

I hate blood, my body goes all weak at the mention of blood and i end up blocking my ears and closing my eyes when i see blood or hear people talking about it lol. I tend to stick out my tounge and pull a funny face when i see blood lol i have no idea why.

Im not too keen on spiders (or any crawling things for that matter), i call my mum or dad to remove them from me lol.

I've had OCD since I was a kid. My case involves a cronic fear of germs. Besides that I HATE spiders!

I've a weird one; rock climbing. I panic and refuse to go ahead if my friends are going down to some beach or something.

Also hate all insects. Oh and the idea of the ocean is quite horrible as well...all that darkness and nasty fish and sharks...

Cliffs + The Sea = Torquay not so great for me.

Mine is kinda paradoxical because I live near the sea, Marseille has the beach and a huge port. When I go to the port I cannot go near the water, I always think I will fall in the water. It's very weird.

My only proper phobia is of hospitals. Probably quite unusual? I find it really hard to step foot in them whether it's for me, or for someone else. I tend to feel really sick, won't touch anything and sometimes find it hard to breathe. I hate them.

I also have a phobia of deep and open water such as canals, the sea etc. I don't mind being on boats on canals and on ferries, in fact I quite like it but I'm absolutely terrified of falling in. I don't have a problem with swimming pools or water tanks.

Same for me ! And I do live in a city who has many islands and we got the Mediterranean sea. I don't have any problem at beach but I cannot go near the edge of a boat or at the end of a street leads to the sea.

Same! I hate hospitals thats one of my main phobias.

I don't really have a problem going into hospitals unless I'm being treated in them. I refuse to be treated in a NHS hospital.

I have a weird one of veins... they go through me, i cant stand them. Like muscly men with veins makes me cringe.. and i cant stand looking at my wrists where all my veins are... eugh.

Bee's and other buzzing insects - I was stung on my eye lid when i was 6/7 and i have hated them ever since!!

I'm absolutely moritifed by the idea of being buried alive. I'm quite claustrophobic anyway. I remember I accidentally caught my brother watching some movie where a guy gets buried alive. It sounds exaggerated and stupid, but I found it hard to breathe for a few seconds. Hehe.

I'm also scared of certain insects and torture (and who ISN'T scared by the latter of those two)?
