I'm not really good at graphics and this is probably my second or something eye.

Though I wouldn't go as far as saying I like it, I love that you've done something different with it and think that is the way forward. Perhaps if it wasn't so dark it would appeal to me a bit more, but I do like the thinking behind the shape of it too - and absolutely love you haven't opted just to use a standard pattern on it.
