Nadia Almada....
The small girl... that once was a boy that came from a very small village (Campanario) in the middle of the ocean in Madeira Island.
In Portugal she may be reconized as a girl, since it's legal do change sex.
Madeira is a small island, and very conservative and very catholic. Her family does not like to hear from her!
