Channel 4 TV listings - press only

Has anyone got the link? The one I used last year only shows up last years listings and I can't work it out?

Well as the press pack is out today, the press can at some point view the listings by logging in and checking them before the public can. That is how we found out last year.

There are currently no Big Brother Listings on the C4 Press site, I have checked myself, all that's on there that relates to BB9 are 2 eyes, the main one, and one that replaces the red with grey. The listings will get updated on Sunday.

EDIT: The Press pack also has not been uploaded yet.

No not by channel4, only newspapers and heat have said 5th june and there is a live show that date for BB but channel4 still have not confirmed the date

It's virtually confirmed - ApplauseStore.com are giving out tickets for a live show on June 5th.

All the signs are pointing to it. Most newspapers/magazines are reporting it, VoG said the launch would be in the first week of June, tickets are being given out for the 5th June etc.

All that's missing is an official confirmation.

If it's not 5th June it'll be the 4th or 6th of June.

It will appear on schedules in the next week or so. Radio Times go a fortnight ahead and June 5th is three weeks tomorrow.

Well according to Inside Big Brother.net there was supposed to be a 'press event' today, but I think over the past couple of days that site has proved to be unreliable.

Last year's press pack was issued on the 22nd May, 8 days before the show began.

I doubt we'll be seeing it before next week.

Its IBB getting hopes up. There probably isn't a press event and there probably won't be a press release today but IBB said there will be, not there may be, from their source of course which has proven unreliable in the past.

I wouldn't get too excited about it.

To me it just seems like educated guesses. He doesn't come across as though he is an insider and comes across as though he doesn't know what hes on about or whats going to happen with BB.

Well, as of now, a press release still hasn't been added to the C4 press site, it may be released later today, maybe midnight, but I doubt it, normally press releases are usually issued around midday.

Well I have it on good authority that the press meeting took place this morning, but details have been embargoed.

Listings are now up until the 30th May, so this time next week the launch night scheduling will be confirmed.

I suppose it depends on how much they want to promote it. It is only 3 weeks away now.

It's more to do really about the situation with housemates in lockdown and how many secrets they can reveal before hand.

If they released it now it probably be a very standard press pack with just the logo, confirmation of the presenters and start date and interviews which reveal nothing.
