New BB9 Advert with Launch Date

I just saw an even longer advert on E4 around 7.10pm, and Marcus said "Big Brother is Back, Starts Thursday 5th June on 4."

Yeah just saw it too, well the end of it, I was away from the TV, then heard Marcus Bentley's voice. :hugesmile:

What was the beginning of the ad like?

It was very strange, sort of black flashs as bits of the eye are revealed

I was in the hall, and i heard the bb theme tune.
So i ran into the room, and saw like half of it.

So i rewinded the tv on sky, and watched it.

It got me all excited for BB now.
But why didnt they do it on channel 4 first? S:

'Cos it's the Channel4 news and that's boring, Hollyoaks is more watched also.

Yeah, I think this new advert has probably made loads more people excited, as well.

Quite a simple ad - revealed nothing at all apart from the eye, and confirmation of the launch date.

I expect these will now run until next Thursday when a house ad will launch.

It's a full 20-second ad, but it is only an animation of the logo. 8.10pm on E4+1 if nobody gets a cap up first.

Sounds good, can't wait to see it.

I like the way they have gradualy built up the eye flashes this year which as gradually built up the excitement for BB9.

I'm a bit disappointed so far to be honest - I think this year the campaign really needed that extra element, like with Black Friday for BB5, but more than ever it's just been based around the logo.

I agree. I think its great how they have used the eye and gradually built the eye flashes up but it does need that extra element but theres still time to go.

I just watched it on my sky+ looks like all the eye flashes in one advert. looks soo cool, the music and sound effects. Excited!
