No Online Streaming..

Yep, no surprise really - the signs had been looking that way for some time, especially with no streaming during Hijack.


Can I ask people to make their complaints to C4, both about there being no online feed and the slashed hours on E4 - it's no good just moaning on the forums, you've got to tell them directly how you feel. At least then if nothing is done, at least they've heard your complaint.

I think that the Saturday Highlights are back and so will the online feed, I think it wasnt with Hijack because that was only shown on E4..

I wouldn't take that for granted - we always assumed they'd always be a live broadband feed. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the red button disappears soon after.

Not everyone has Sky to get 12005

They should bring the red button back to Freeview. They're not exactly lacking channels. They own:

Channel 4+1
E4
E4+1
More4
The Hits
Film4

Its not as though they couldn't just ditch E4+1 for the summer, or maybe even turn E4+1 into a Big Brother channel of some sort so E4 can continue unaffected which would keep both non-BB fans and BB fans happy.

Doesnt bother me too much tbh but im annoyed that they've reduced live streaming on E4!

I remember a time when E4 wasn't 24/7 on freeview and went up untill about 3-5
And BB was the last thing on then :)

E4 has always been 24/7 on Freeview. Incidentally it launched with a red button service which was dropped half way through the series.

It's a bummer there's no Net Streaming. I have Sjy so I'm gonna have 12005 on, but as said not everybody has.

Can't one of us sneak fly a kite above the house with a WIFI IP Camera strapped to it? :)

Yes it has whether you have a card or not it's gone. Another channel will probably creatled on Launch night but it will be hidden and you'll have to search hard for it.

I know someone that works for Virgin media, they may be showing live feeds for Virgin Media customers via broadband. They are only in the talking stage at the moment.

So if you don't get your broadband via virgin, find someone that does!
