im 90% sure they will change, the sofas are always a main part of the house, they would never look normal.
The diary room chair and the sofas are big parts of the house, because thats where all housemates gather and stuff.

They are the most filmed areas of the house. They wouldnt be so insignificant plus they are far too small.
