How Do You Make Banners and Moving Avatars

I don't know, but I suppose oneof the best people to ask are Conzors, Nickyy, Matt & Telefan. They could probablly tell you better than maybe anyone else here, no offence.

You need a graphics program.
Something like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

The only program that's as good as photoshop that's available online is GIMP.
However, there are some that you can make graphics on like Paint.NET, although they don't have the same capabilities as photoshop/GIMP.

Photoshop CS3 Extended, I make all my stuff on it.

Try Gimp or Fotofiltre which are free. I don't know what they're like though.
