The MY first impressions THREAD!!

I am opening this thread, Thought it would be funny to see how people perceive the housemates after the launch, and how their favorites and least favorites changed throughout the series. this will be fun!!

I'll give my first thoughts in a little bit!

Alexandra: Didnt think she should be booed or anything, but I havent warmed to her just yet. My impression is she is one of those dissapointing ones who will just sit back and fade in the background

Dale: DOnt mind him, he is a guys guy. c\ould go far and could easily get the girls

Darnell: Very nice guy. I think he could charm his way to the end. DOnt see people nominating him.

Dennis: I dont know. DOnt like him much so far.

Jenniffer: I like her she could be controversial. Hope she doesnt go early.

Kathreya: SHe annoys me and seem fake, but I might change my mind!

Lisa: cant say much about her, since they separated her fro the boyfriend, she'll probably be dull for a while

Luke: I liked hi from the auditions, and I think he'll be very genuine!

Mario: Dont like him on 1st impressions. maybe its just the way he looks. But he was trying too hard with the blind guy and stuff. I think he wont last

Michael: DOnt know what to say, I hope he does OK though

Mohamed: I think he is gonna irritate me! Dont like him so far

Rachel: I think she is one to watch, and she is hot! I like her

rebecca: SHe was irritating on launch night, but shes calmed down. SHe could be good!

Stephanie: I think she'llbe a lot o peoples favorites. SHe is good looking, seems pretty smart and got good conversations.

Sylvia: SHe is gonna be very interesting. I like her a lot. I see her doing well.

rex: havent really noticed him since launch. I think he'll be dull.

Basically my favorites and only based on first impressions, are Sylvia, Darnell, and jennifer. I will check again after the 1st week how it changed.
I think they have picked some pretty intelligent girls compared to other years, so if its bitchy,it will be much more subtle. I love the housemates,very happy. Especially the girls.

With 16, it was really hard to register everyone, but here we go:

Alexandra: I'm still getting her confused with Sylvia...not sure

Dale: Female eye candy

Darnell: Struck me as a winner. I'm very interested to hear his perspective on things. I LOVE that he hasn't watched Big Brother before.

Dennis: We've seen him before. He needs to bring something new to the table. His leg extension is great though.

Jennifer: She was like the 4th long-haired brunette, didn't register much

Kathreya: Instant Legend. I worry she could pull a Carole, though. (Seem really great on launch but not keep it up)

Lisa: Eh

Luke: Great addition, loved him at the auditions

Mario: Meathead, but the way he's been dealing with Michael has been revealing. He's growing on me..

Michael: After hearing so many rumors, I was glad he wasn't overbearing and an obvious winner a la Pete

Mohamed: Ehh

Rachel: Great entrance but she faded into the background quickly for me

Rebecca: Eccentric, a good laugh, memorable entrance

Stephanie: Hot, nice enough

Sylvia: Seemed annoying at first, but you need a little sass in the house.

Rex: nothing

whatup CS. It willbe interesting to revisit this thread in a couple weeks hey. HOw quickly things change in the BB house.

I agree, the group of female housemates, other than rebecca, seem quite intelligent, and they arent pretending to be dumb.

I like Luke, I hope he wins he seems so nice and naive. I Like Mohamed and Darnell as well. As far as the girls, I think Alexandra will surprise people, seems she over exagerated her VT to get in, I dont think she is as bad as people think. I can see her becoming mumsy in the house, with all the pretty chicks around.
So far I dont dislike anyone (I probably will by tomorrow).

But obviously, stephanie got the worst deal of everyone right now, I bet she is bookies favorite to be the 1st evictee. I mean i they fail the task (50/50), I think she is gone because Mario and Lisa are the couple and Luke is just an innocent geeky boy. She is a hot pretty blonde, so bye bye steph, unless they pass. So are they gonna snog each other? I mean, a couple should right?

my favs are alexandra (cause people hate her), Rachel (cause shes got a phat asss) and Luke (cause the force is with him) so far. But of course, this will change a lot very soon

OK, well from watching VT's, I liked Jennifer the most. I a surprised people dont like her that much. Not too keen on how the sympathy vote, might affect, this series. Blind guy, Albino guy, couple. I mean cmon. I bet you anything, Darnel and Michael are finalists.
I liked Luke as well, and Sylvia (feisty I hope).
And the crop is very good looking in my opinion. Lots of eye candy.

I never have a least favorite housemate until about a week in the series!

These were my first impressions:

Alexandra - I really didn't think she was that bad. The crowd just hated her! If the Mario, Lisa, Luke, and Steph pass their task, I'm sure that she'll be out first.

Dale - I'm expecting him to be very boring in the house. But he's a good looking guy.

Darnell - I don't mind him so far. And he has an American accent instead of a British one. It's easier for me to understand him (I live in the US, btw).

Dennis - He's a little too... flamboyant.

Jennifer - Very pretty girl, but other than that, there's not much to her IMO.

Kathreya - LOVE HER! She's great. Like someone else said in another thread, she's a legend in the making.

Lisa - I actually like her. I think I'm going to feel really bad for her when she thinks that her guy is going to marry another girl.

Luke - Don't hate him, but I don't like him.

Mario - I like him also, but I like Lisa more than him. I think he was pushing the "Have you met my girlfriend Stephanie?" thing a little too much though.

Michael - I really don't know what to say about Big Brother putting a blind person in. I think it'll be tough for Michael, and I'm curious to see how he'll do in the house.

Mohamed - Seems like a nice guy, but I'm not a fan. But I don't hate him either.

Rachel - My second favorite! She's a very cute girl, and I hope she's in the house for the longhaul.

Rebecca - Did anyone else feel like the screaming and the overexcited-ness was a little... fake?

Rex - I don't think I'll like him. And I'm amazed that he was kicked out of NINE schools in his lifetime.

Stephanie - I like her. She seemed very uncomfortable with the whole twist, and I kinda felt for her. She has been put in a very bad position because if she fails, she's out of there.

Sylvia - I SERIOUSLY do not know why she was booed. There was nothing wrong in her VT. The worst thing she said was that she's trendy/fashionable. I like her so far.

alexandre: charlie is back! the bitch of this year but again culd really open up about her teenage years

dennis: only gay. might not get on with other men. shud be good fun but he should show he has fibre to him and isnt the typical gay as we always have

mohammaed: childish and annoying. dont like him already. he looks like someone who might clash with others.

Mikey: looks like a cert to win, but he is a decent person and wont use his being blind to get pity. will come out of shell alot. everyone will love him

rebecca: very loveable. great person who shud get far. hopefulyy she wont bitch

kathreya: good fun. bit of a laugh. might do a laura and bitch, but she looks like she will be in the final

jennifer: nice person. good looking. veyr like kate lawler. views could annoy

darnell: out spoken. could open up alot. love him or hate him. might go early unfortnatley

Mario - He seems cool... he's nice and all. I like him, but he's nothing too special.

Rachel - I think she's awesome!! I love how her mouth never closes!

Stephanie - I'm not too fussed... she seems too fame-seeker, and she's a little boring. Saying that, it hasn't been a day yet, so my views my change - this goes for all housemates.

Sylvia - Meh.... she's ok, I think she'll grow on me.

Alexandra - I don't like her, but I think she'll be great for the series!!!

Dennis - Ha! What a character!! I love him!

Mohamed - from what I've seen so far, he's not that interesting.

Michael - He's not that interesting! If he weren't blind, what would he give to the house? I also don't want him to get the sympathy vote... =(

Rebecca - She's very excitable, haha... I think I'll like her a lot over time.

Kathreya - My fave so far..... "When I at party, people think I on drug." LMAO

Jennifer - again, meh...

Darnell - He's pretty cool, nothing too special though...

Rex - I think he'll be interesting!!

Dale - He seems a lot nicer than he is in his VT, and I think he'll be great in the series. He's hot, too. XD

Lisa - She's ok... I think it'll be interesting to see her reaction to the marriage on Sunday.

Luke - LOL. I think he's awesome!!! He's so funny.

Alexandra: I think she might be another Charley.....although she seems a bit more laid back then Charley so it's too early to tell

Dale: Which guy is he again? I don't even have a first impression on this person.

Darnell: He seems ok, he seems like he might be a bit of an arguement starter but at the same time he could be a geniune person.

Dennis: It's just typical that big brother has to through in the stereotypical gay person(I'm sure not all gays are actually like that). I don't like him much.

Jenniffer: She's an interesting one, haven't made my mind up on her yet.

Michael: I really feel sorry for him, I don't know how he's going to do anything in the house without someone holding his hand. Plus I don't think he's going to do anything funny.

Rachel: I think she is a bit overshadowed by Rebecca, I thought Rachel could talk......until I saw Rebecca. Seems fun though.

rebecca: I really like her, so what if she's excited, I bet you would be too if you had dreamed of being in the house for ages but probably didn't think you could make it. People complain about the boring people then when someone excitable comes along they complain about them too. :rolleyes:

Stephanie: Not sure about her really, she either be flirting with all the guys or she'll be more like Imogen.....not really doing anything....

Sylvia: I like her a bit.....but I think she might be evicted early for some reason.

rex: If there's anyone in her who's going to be my least favoutite it will probably be him, no doubt he'll probably get into bed with Stephanie and become really popular for it. :rolleyes:

Cheryl Cole! Seems a nice girl who talks alot of sense. She could go far...

She's funny. 'I look after kids, well try to' a little loud but could be great entertainment.

Found it difficult to believe he'd been such a bad lad in his childhood. Seems a very nice and decent man.

I remember her from somewhere...oh yeah I remember PSTR. Arrogant.

Sylvia -
Can't remember what I thought to be honest.

It's strange looking back on my first impressions. Most of them now are completely different. I liked Stephanie for a start. My first impression hasn't changed for Jen or Bex.
