Should BB introduce a rule to ban housemates singing in the house?

It could lower the loss of sound in the house, and they never really show housemates singing anyway because of contracts etc.

They do this in BBAUS, and I think it's hard but it goes down well. Also, it would stop wannabe singers from trying to show there "talents" and it would be another thing housemates would have to try and live without.

Hmmm, maybe they should stop 'showing off' singing but I think it would it would be hard to get people to stop full stop, loads of people just start singing without even realising.

If the producers don't show it on TV then it doesn't annoy anyone, I think they should not ban it. Just leave it as it.

Yes, but it affects live feed because they have to do a sound cut whenever a housemate sings.

Was it the Susie task where they could only sing a few songs? And they broke it like 50 times

It's impossible not to sing...especially for singy types. Trust me, as a person who watches the BBUS feeds, it's NOT fun to watch them cut away every time someone even hums a tune. Which happens at all times of the day.

I've always thought one of the cool things about UK's version is that they can sing.

It would be funny as a task, but as a rule I think it's the audience that would get annoyed more quickly. It's just not something they should have to concern themselves with.

It would be very difficult for them, I think it would start more arguments because people do it to distract themselves, and without it they would get on each others nerves.

200th Post lol sorry.

They're legally not allowed to show HMs singing songs because they don't own the copyright of the songs, nor the right to airing the songs.

So whenever a HM sings, even under their breath - BB has to cut sound and put an apology up on screen so we might miss something interesting if someone is singing in the background.

However; I think it would be hard to implement.

I still find it being cut out very pointless.

They would have to pay a lot of royalties if they didn't cut it out.

No way, keep the terrible singing. How else will I boast my low self esteem.
