From what i've seen there noone has even come close to suspecting that mario and lisa are a couple.

I wonder if Mario and Stephanie will get backed into a corner about their relationship and will be forced to give some of the truth. But if they keep mario and lisa a secret and continue on as normal they will be fine.

Actually if Mario and Stephanie are discovered as a fake couple, the mission is not failed since the housemates must discover that Mario and Lisa are a genuine couple.
