Go to Control Panel / Options then Edit Profile then Signature:
HTML is Off
BB Code is On

Then

Put *http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forum/images/greyalliance/ThisisBigBrother-logo-pink.jpg*

Remove the *

Should look like

http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forum/images/greyalliance/ThisisBigBrother-logo-pink.jpg
