It's not definetly possible. It is HIGHLY improbable. In BB6, the housemates were tricked, the public new all the ways that we BB was telling lies.

The live show tonight is most likely to reveal that Mario and Lisa can get married for real if they want.

They could quite easily say something like that if this twist was to be used.

They weren't going to say "And one which guaranteed that Mario, Lisa, Luke and Stephanie would be up for the first eviction. But Davina will tonight reveal that this is fake."

It could have been meant that the housemates are guaranteed that them four go up. But of course no one knows anything yet and won't till tonight.

if the housemates guess the wrong couple then they would all be up for eviction, and Mario, Lisa, Luke and Steph would be safe, and then the real couple would be revealed as soon as they guessed wrong i would assume.
