SHELL has admitted she would do anything to have breasts like sex-swap housemate Nadia.
The slender Scots art history student said she would even get fat to enhance her assets.
But Portuguese-born Nadia, who was known as Carlos before her op, said she didn't need to do that and has offered to put Shell in touch with her surgeon.
As the housemates sat in the garden enjoying the sun yesterday, Shell said: 'Nadia, if I had your boobs I wouldn't mind being 20 stone, I'd do anything.'
Although she admits her breasts are false, Nadia has yet to reveal to the housemates that she was born a man.
Camp law student Marco guessed, but some of the housemates were reluctant to believe him. And no one has confronted Nadia about it.
