He's a wee happy chappy, brought in to light the forum in dark times.
His eyes glimmer with both hope and euphoria, and reflect around the forum in a beacon of tasteful ecstasy. Poor old wee man has experienced a past of bullying from the other smilies, and yet here they are today preventing him becoming a fully fledged member of the community.
