I find it impossible to eat in the morning. My body just doesnt want to!! I cant actually get my mouth to work lol

Same. I do have toast at the weekends, but I wake up later so I guess it's easier to eat, lol.

Let the toothbrush do its own work, dont put pressure on the brush. It will wear away your enamel if your brushing too hard. A lot of people think the harder you brush, the cleaner your teeth, this is so wrong!!

i brush morning and night every day if im just staying in the house all day then going out at night i admit i do occasionaly forget on a morning but it is very rare.I have great teeth,ive never had a filling or a tooth out

I normally do them twice a day, morning and night. Altho if i have work on the night (3 times a week) then i will brush them before my shift. So 4 days twice, 3 days 3 times.
