Her outspokenness can be classed as bullying.

Bully:
A person who is habitually cruel or overbearing, especially to smaller or weaker people.
Outspoken:
Frank and unreserved in speech.
Alexandra is not a bully, she just says what she thinks, even if it's harsh and nasty sometimes.
Her argument against Michael was justified since he acted like a moron and put him on his place.

Harshly outspoken, and maybe a little over the top, hehe.

She's a bully right now, IMO.

What is wrong with solving defferences at normal talking volume?
Imagine is the Houses of parliament took her approach on discussion.

Outspoken, she was right that Mickey was disrespectful, however was too harsh with him and waited for a moment when everyone else was around. She definatley seems like a bully but really she speaks her mind.
