Why is it when we find a nice decent housemate who is mildly amusing we all rip her to shreds.
DSBB are ripping Kat to shreds because of the Cookie diary room entry.
Her addiction is evidently an extreme part of her personality but everyone is screaming, 'oh its so fabricated' and 'oh shes so fake'
Shes just having fun, being herself, and not offending anyone.
I honeslty dont see the problem.
If anyone is on DSBB could they make a new thread and post this message because i cnt seem to sign up

I don't hate her, not even close and I don't see it as a problem either, I just have my own opinions on her that many people don't share. Where's the problem? Do we all have to agree on everything?

It's Napoleon Dynamite syndrome...some people don't things just because it is too popular.
Which to me is just as superficial as disliking something because it is too unpopular. I could see people not liking an OTT personality, but she's given nobody any reason to hate her.

I find her very eccentric and that sometime comes across as fake and basically 'in you face'
You almost want to search for the off switch
She just annoys me screaming all the time.

but she doesnt scream all the time, shes thai which is a very 'musica' language anyway, all thai people speak like that.
So far eccentric goes. that doesnt mean shes fake

I could say, why do you find her genuine? I just think it's an act, you don't. I don't see why it's a problem.
It also annoys me that people make up their own reasons why they think people dislike Kat, such as because she is so popular when it's nothing to do with that at all.

i like her but i think she is acting, i don't believe that she is like that outside the house
She's annoying, don't really want to watch her for 13 weeks (she's popular so will probably last a while) going on about cookies all the time, it's ok for about a day but then just get's old and boring IMO.

She is genuine, no way is she fake. Kathreya's just bonkers, she has a eccentric personality with a clear obsession with cookies, it doesn't make her fake it makes her a more interesting and funny housemate to watch.

Hate is a strong word.
She is just irritating with her loudness, screaming "Coookies" all the time and "hiwarewious". It's just not cute or funny but I think she's trying to milk it and it's becoming dull now. I wish she'd cahnge the record.I'm not being rude but maybe for her health she should stay off the cookies her BMI must be over 25.

right , now I'm a big kat fan.. However tonights last diary room was annoying. I think the reason why it got on a lot of people nerves because the whole tone of the episode was negitive!
The women is quite bonkers but I'll admit to finding her funny at the moment but if all she's going to do is shout cookies, it's going to get old real quick.She seems a very caring person though.

My Thai friends don't scream like that, they are very subdued. I don't dislike her but in my opinion she is not entertaining, or my cup of tea or cookie.

Where does her BMI come into it? We are looking at personality in Big Brother, how they act in the house. Unless it's a boring housemate and all you can say about them is about their looks (ie, Dale and Steph -the biggest wannabe in there)

He was just saying, she's overweight, so eating lots of cookies probably isn't the best thing for her health, what's the problem with that?

Never liked her in the first place, don't dislike her either. I suspect BB has a task for Kat up their sleeves in which she can win a box of cookies. Hope it's a good one, as she'd do anything for a cookie.
Hopefully theylle offer her a cookie if she walks out of the house.
Then she'l be happy in her getting her cookie
and i'll be happy cos she'l be gone. lol
