IF Mario goes how will it affect Mikey?

Mario a strong favourite to be evicted this coming Friday, how do you think this will affect Mikey if he does go? will he isolate himself from the group or will he just get on with things and look to get involved with the rest of the group?

He may be sad for a little while but i am sure he will come around and get involved again.

He will just carry on shouting and being boring.

Of course people will carry on helping him to some degree. That is human nature. If they didn't they know they would come across as nasty bits of work.

However I feel that people that keep going on about him being blind aren't helping him. Most people I know that have a disability want to be treated as normal people. Over compensating for him as the housemates will not make him feel good.

Mario is over helping him and in some ways if he left the house on friday it would be good for Mikey. He would find his own way without him. He has been blind for years. He knows how to live without help.

I think his closeness to Mario is already isolating him from the group. If Mario goes he will need help from the rest of the housemates and this will bring him back into the fold.

I agree. The sooner he loses Mario the sooner he will become a normal housemate. Then he can become himself. Mario is labeling him as disabled and it's not doing him any good in the house.

I saw a side to Mikey in the highlights tonight that i didnt like. When steph and jen were walking through the bedroom to change their clothes and he said something like "can you take your wardrobe in the living room". I thought he was slyly instigating a bit of bitching as he knew mario would probably comment....

and i dont think mario is using him either, if i were in the house, i would be the same with mikey, and that isnt using. dont be so prude, and just accept the man is a nice person!

Why wouldnt he cope? There are other people who help in there

yeah but i notice, some of them help for a couple of mins, then get bored and he is left standing on his own.

with mario he is helping him all the time, i dont think mario is doing it to be liked either, i think hes genuinely being nice

yeah i agree. Hes a nice guy.

so is lisa... but shes the least entertaining out of the 4, so she needs to go this fri..

Mikey was fine before Mario and I'm sure he'd survive without him. I could see a Mikey/Kat duo in the works...
