I'm being biased because I like Rachel but how is she and Sylvia the most not genuine? I think Alex is the most genuine because shes not afraid to say how she feels about things (sometimes not a good thing), then Rebecca because shes so crazy and then Rachel because shes so sweet.

I actually think a lot of them are, bar perhaps Mario, Dennis and a couple of others maybe. The ones who are being genuine realise that putting on an act does not wash with the viewers anymore - it's best just to be yourself and then others will judge you accordingly.

Alex is not genuine at all! She is trying to be Charlie! She even uses the "I am not being funny" quote all the time! Sure she has her own stuypid ones, but she tries too hard to argue with everyone, like Charlie did!
