Sometimes, I just give + karma to random people as a nice anonymous gift :D But I don't think I've ever gave anyone minus karma. Whoever it is should stop, unless they have good reason. It's pointless and cold.

Whoever it is must be a really patient person. Rules state that you have to wait 3hrs to edit someones Karma after you edited your first one:spin2:
