I think Rachel is one of the nicest HM this year, she seems to think of everyone and Kat is great too.

Make's no sence when you want us to give a answer for "most unselfish" which i would say - Alex, but then your saying who puts the group first; which aint Alex. So completly different explanation for the question, anyway. I would say............ This is a hard one........................... Kat or Rachel!

Least unselfish means most selfish, by the way. But I assume you mean least selfish - so I definitely think Kat. Not only cos of the task yesterday, but in general when someone is down - even if she doesn't feel great herself - she'll try her best to bring them back up.

For me Kat shows the most team spirit and seems to care about them as a group which shows she is not in general a selfish person.
