Everyday I have to exercise and train. I don't have a specific programme but I generally do a lot of handball, tennis, rugby. I do running every day, it makes you feel better and healthy, you remove all the stressful thing you had in the day and you clean your mind.

I dance, but that's about it
&I haven't done that properly for ages.
I told myself this year I'd start working out+exercising but I didn't get round to it, and everyone was telling me I didn't need to.
I may start =|
This summer's gonna be hectic for me so I may end up doing a lot of sport/running [despite hating sport, it's fun with mates in the Summer]
&If not, there's always College next year where I should end up doing a lot of training.

I went through a stage of doing NO exercise and eating junk food, then complained that I was putting on weight.
But now, especially since it's summer, I make sure I exercise every day - usually about an hour of running because it makes me feel much better!

I Cycle, and now I have began running again.
Also I school my horse daily.
Ive always wanted to do running regularly but I just cant imagine myself running down the streets.
I really want to buy a running machine, i would run if i could run inside my house. Im not one to do push ups or anything, I do regular exercise at college as I do a performance arts course so that involves a lot of running but i just dont find time to go out and run lol.
(My excuses and im sticking to it)
I do eat healthy though so that helps me keep kinda slim, i have a little bit of a belly :P

I do quite a lot of running and i also used to do gymnastics (need to be flexible ladies!) but i dont any more i dont have the time :(
And i have a punchbag which i use every day after getting home from work. Take out my stress on it
I'm on a high protein diet at the moment, trying to pack as much of them into my diet as possible. I've started eating 6+ small meals a day, instead of 3 main ones and it's working out ok. Mainly exercising my upper body, because.... every thing's all ok down below!
I'm also making my own protein shakes instead of buying them, and it saves a lot of money

less is more. unless you push yourself further every day it will stop having an effect after a while. you should exercise 2-3 times a week unless you are a roids person.

I don't exercise, never even been in a gym. I'm supposely naturally skinny but I've put on a few pounds during 6th year and it's driving me insane so I'm going for very long walks and not eating junk.

I do 20 push ups and 50 sit ups a day. That's about it, really. Sometimes I dance around the house though, if that counts.
I want to go for runs, but I find it embarrassing to run around the streets.

Nope xD
And I haven't done PE in ages because of broken ribs and leg injuries x__x
The rib thing is a long story.. well, not really.. it involved me and some stairs >.> and me.. falling awkwardly, not pleasant, people found it hilarious, but I didn't, broke 4 freaking ribs..

i try to go swimming at least once a week but with exams and over things in life right now I haven't been but I will soon. I really need to lose a bit of weight.
Yep, three times a week. The first and third time each week is weights, cross trainer/treadmill and rowing machine. The second time is boxing. I also go swimming most Sunday mornings whether I've been out the night before or not.
If you're after getting bigger and not just generally keeping fit, exercising every day is wrong because your body gets used to it very quickly and eventually it has next to no effect on muscle growth and you have to keep doing more and more until you physically can't do anything else and its just pointless, but it still keeps you fit. Thats of course unless you're on a specific diet, roids, muscle building formula etc.
I also wouldn't take advice of people offering programmes over the internet- everyone is different and certain people might not be able to do certain things, and things like diet and lifestyle have to be taken into account before sorting one out.
