Can anybody help me with a banner?

Hi to all you skillful artists. I've seen all the great banners on the forum and I came up with one of my own but I have no idea how to make it. Would anyone like to take on the challenge?

I'd like a picture of Super Mario with Mario's face superimposed on it. Next to the picture the writing.

LOL. That's absolutely superb! Exactly what I had in mind. Is there any chance you could make the writing a little clearer? (cheeky I know) But brilliant work.
