Did you judge a HM on launch night but now like them?

Was there any HM's you judged on launch night (in a bad way, maybe they were too noisy/too queit) but have since changed your opinion?

Rebecca came in screeching liuke a hyena, but has turned out ok.

When Michael came on, I thought he was there just to get a large sympathy vote. But he now appears quite a nice sensible guy

I thought Dale would be interesting, he's not.
