I think Jen has another storyline going for her at the moment (relationship with Dale). I don't think she has the gall to stand up to Alex because, quite frankly, she doesn't seem like she'd be the type. However, if she does, then it'd be a great move on her part and would accumulate her a fanbase, but I just don't think that she'd do it.
