However, with no Seedorf/Davids in the squad, the squad has smaller ego's.

I still think if Italy can beat France (and we don't let Romania win, so as to knock Italy/France out), the Italians will be there or there abouts.

Heart says Netherlands versus Portugal/Germany, but head says Italy will getn through instead of us :shrug:

I saw it coming to be honest, they've lost a lot of the players that helped them win it last time.Things just worked out for them at the last tournament, playing that certain style of football but they just couldn't replicate that winning forumla with the current team.I'm glad they're out though, they were the most boring team to watch.

I don't know if you have noticed but every time Germany wins a final, they lose the next one. It has always been like this and that can explain why nerves got them, I guess they tried to break that curse.
