Needing help finding a song!

Okay. I've been looking for this song for AGES since I last heard it. Stupidly, I've forgotten the name of the track and the artist.

I thought you guys may be able to help. If not, its ok!

So, I heard the song on YouTube.
The song was out around two or three years ago. The singer looked a little like Samantha Mumba, but it wasn't Alicia Keys or Ciara or Rihanna.

The song was upbeat, and I'm sure in the video she had a dress on but it sort of fell off and became a shorter dress. This happens as shes standing on a high stage - theres a big sheet of glass with a skyline behind her, to the end of the video I'm sure you see her in underwear.

It sounds so seedy! But, I like the song a lot and just can't find it ANYWHERE!

I dont think it is that now - the video doesn't match to the one I remember, and I'm sure the song was more upbeat.
