If I were the husbands divorce lawyer I would suggest he do that and site her appearing on big brother as proof she is a totally unfit mother and a moral danger to her child. Then she will only see her daughter when her daughter turns 18 or 21, if that, and be made to pay maintenance . The motto for all divorce lawyers is Stuff the other side to maximum effect.

Of course I don't think that, this is what some hypothetical divorce lawyer might go for.

I am taking a worst case scenario of how some cases go, so apologies if I was not clear that I was just painting a black picture.

This is a potential danger that Jennifer could be in, unless she leaves BB to attend to this.
