There are 15 Housemates and 1 Bully so why does the Bully affect everyone?

I dont see alex as a bully per se, more like a lonely insecure girl who doesn't know how to talk to people and voice her opinions properly

There can only be one alpha, that's the rules of group interactions. If there were 2 they would find a way of deciding on 1 via conflict.

edit: this is less about bullying and more about controlling.
