Well it really depends. I could go up to 15 seconds, but then it wouldn't flow smoothly and the frame rate would be so much lower. I'd say for a safe bet maybe 10 seconds.

its probably a pixel font.
theres a lot of different ones but they all look the same when at the right font size.
