You know how on the Channel 4 BB website it has the housemates and their pictures move left to right or right to left. How do you make them.

That is a Flash animation. You would need an ample knowledge of the Flash software (and probably the ActionScript programming language) in order to create one.

Matt's right though.

You need decent knowledge of the Flash software to even begin making anything like it.
